Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Policy We value your time and are committed to providing consistent, high‑quality counseling services. To ensure fairness, availability, and respect for reserved appointment times, the following booking and cancellation policy applies to all clients. Booking Window Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Same‑day or last‑minute bookings (within 24 hours) are not available. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and are subject to a fee. Late Cancellation Fees Individual sessions: $75 late cancellation fee Couples sessions: $100 late cancellation fee No‑Shows Clients who do not attend their appointment and do not provide notice will be charged the applicable late cancellation fee listed above. These fees help protect reserved appointment times and allow us to continue providing reliable care to all clients. Same‑Day Appointment Adjustments (No Fee) There is no fee for same‑day appointment time adjustments, whether requested by the client or the counselor. Example: If a client needs to move their appointment to a different time on the same day, no cancellation or rescheduling fee will be applied. Payment Method Requirement A valid credit card or non‑prepaid, non‑reloadable debit card is required to be kept on file for all bookings. Prepaid or reloadable cards are not accepted. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless the service is prepaid. Charges will only be applied for: Completed services Late cancellations No‑show appointments Other agreed‑upon service‑related fees Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers may be considered at our discretion on a case‑by‑case basis. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this booking, cancellation, and payment policy. Optional Short Version (For Booking Page Summary) Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours incur a fee ($75 individuals / $100 couples). Same‑day time adjustments are allowed at no charge. A valid credit card or non‑prepaid debit card is required on file for all bookings.
